John Styles
Director of Operations
With over 20 years mining and civil industry experience as an operator, supervisor and trainer assessor, John was recognised by OEMs for his skill and was appointed as an OEM trainer in Australia and abroad. His impressive experience also includes recent roles as HSET Manager for a company with civil projects over multiple mine sites concurrently, and as Project Manager mobilising and onboarding a civil company to multiple mine sites for varied projects. John’s passion for safety and hands on mine site knowledge has led to him coaching civil teams on client expectations, giving context to coal mining legislation. His expertise extends from coal mining to civil projects,and can source the right people and equipment for your projects, together withproviding advice on navigating these sectors.
Erin Styles
Managing Director
Erin has been in the mining industry for over 15 years working in compliance, improvement, contract management and superintendent roles. Prior to mining, she worked in London for a medical device company preparing and securing national and international patents for their new technology, and has several years listed as a paralegal. With extensive experience in Safety Management Systems, Risk Management and Contractor Management, Erin can assist you with your compliance needs from technical CMS Support & risk assessments to developing, reviewing & auditing your ISO & Management Systems.
